Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your salon appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client. 2. No-Show and Late Cancellation Fee: In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee is intended to compensate our stylists for their time and to cover any losses incurred due to the last-minute cancellation. 3. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request without incurring any additional fees. 4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you encounter unexpected circumstances that prevent you from keeping your appointment. 5. Confirmation Calls/Texts: We send appointment reminders via phone call or text message 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Please respond to these reminders to confirm or reschedule your appointment to avoid any misunderstandings.
